AN INNOVATIVE PROGRAM
SORTware® is an innovative program Consisting of an off-line Software program, Supervisor and Jointed Press Tool (BIPODE©), compatible with any anthropomorphic robot, which fully automates the sorting process of pieces cut by laser, plasma, water-jet and milling machines.

HOW IT WORKS
ERP and CAM passes the information to SORTware® which programs the off-loading whilst respecting personalized palleting.
A numeric program is generated and passed to the Supervisor which, connected to a robot, carries out the off-load, monitoring the process, and managing restarts etc. The hold of pieces is facilitated by a special patented tool, the BIPODE©: 2 hinged arms which are adapted to the shape and dimension of the pieces, drastically reducing tool changes.
The BIPODE© also allows the contemporary hold of two pieces and the deposit on nearby stacks. Time cycles are reduced and the use of pallet space is optimized.
